Do the Legendary Dogs in ORAS have their Hidden Abilities?

Question

I was trying to catch Raikou, and I had my Lugia. I was exerting my Pressure and I assumed Raikou was as well. Strangely, when I used Roost it only lost 1 PP instead of 2, which would be the effect of Raikou's Pressure. Unfortunately, when I caught the Raikou it was the wrong Nature and I SRed before checking its Ability. So do Suicune, Raikou and Entei have their HAs in ΩRuby/∂Sapphire? Or does Pressure cancel out if both Pokémon have it?

The latter can't be true, because when I used to play Pokemon Battle Revolution on Wii, I would have Lugia and Raikou  active while my opponent had Suicune and Entei; his Suicune wasted 8 PP on Surf because all 4 Pokemon were exerting Pressure.

No. They do not have their Hidden Abilitys Their Hidden Abilities havent been released yet. its mostly gonna be an event for them

"Pressure makes any attack targeted at the ability-bearer - regardless of whether it hits - use 2 PP instead of 1" ~ ability description. Self-status moves are the only ones unaffected :)
