Which of the three Simi's is best for competitive battling?

Question

Going to try and base a PU team around one of them.
Could you also say if you think the Simi you choose is a better physical or special sweeper (that's what I'm going to use it as) and why.
Possibly a moveset too but if not I'll just look at the moveset questions. Thanks :)

Simipour imo, better movepool than Simisear. (both should be special as their physical options suck)
Simisage though should be mixed from what I experienced. Simipour still better among them.

They all have the same stats and same abilities. So it totally depends on the moveset.

I would say that you should use the type you need the most but since you are going to build a team around it you can't do that.

As a specialattacker you should either use Simisear or Simipour

Here is one moveset for each.

Simisear @ Life Orb
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Fire Blast
- Focus Blast
- Substitute

Simipour @ Life Orb
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid/Modest
- Nasty Plot
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
