The previous answer has some items missing at the time it was posted (around Gen V), so I would include the remainder + items sold for high price after Gen V.

• Nugget. Sell value: 5,000, maniac value 10,000.
• Big Mushroom. Sell value: 2,500, maniac value 5,000
• Big Pearl. Sell value: 4,000, maniac value: 7,500
• Pearl. Sell value: 1,000, maniac valuel 1,400
• Slowpoke Tail. Sell value: 4,900. Limited to GSC only.
• Star Piece. Sell value: 6,000, maniac value: 9,800
• Stardust. Sell value: 1,500, maniac value: 2,000
• Blue Shard. Maniac value: 3,000
• Green Shard. Maniac value: 3,000
• Red Shard. Maniac value: 3,000
• Shoal Salt. Maniac value: 7,000

The following items have only been made available in Generation V for the express purpose of being sold to the Billionare maniac in Undella Town. Like many valuable items introduced in Generation V, they cannot be sold normally in Poké Marts.
