So, let's say you're in a double battle, with a Ferrothorn and a Cresselia. On the first turn, Cresselia uses Reflect and the Ferrothorn uses some random move (let's say Protect). Then, the Ferrothorn uses Explosion. As Explosion causes damage to your own teammate as well as the other side and it is a physical move, will Reflect halve the damage done to the Cresselia? (Also: Brick Break or any other move like that has been used.)

No, it won't.

If Brick Break is used before Explosion against Cresselia,
it will destroy the barrier that Reflect caused thus making it fully damaged by explosion.

If the barrier is NOT destroyed by Brick Break Reflect will half the damage taken from explosion.
