What does the Daycare Kid mean when he says "They really seem to like hanging out!"? (ORAS)?

So i'm trying to breed a couple ralts, but I don't know if what the kid is saying is good or not. I searched the internet for about an hour, but no website I found has information on the sayings.

I would also like to add that one ralts is English ,while the other is Spanish, so that should be good, right?

It's NOT what the kid is saying but what the OLD MAN says that should concern you.
Thanks to what the elderly figure of the day care said to you, it's possible to understand the affinity between the two mating pokémons.

Same species with different ID numbers: Chance of getting an egg; 70%

About the Spanish and English Ralts, it increases the rate of shiny if they have different countries of origin.
