Heavy Metal and Sky Drop?

Does the ability heavy metal prevent pokemon from Sky Drop being used on them?

I don't think so because the Ability Heavy Metal just doubles the user's weight. It's good for the move Heavy Slam though, which does more damage the heavier the user is.
