Would the DPPT seals just disappear of you traded/transferred to other games apart from DPPT ?

Would the Seals disappear if I traded a Pokemon enclosed in a Pokeball with Seals if I transferred them ?

Yes. As Seals are no longer present in Gen V and VI, they would disappear.
