Does Sketch also copy the PP of the move which it Sketched?

If my Smeargle Sketches Growl, will growl have 5 PP or 40 PP?

It causes the user to permanently learn the last, move the opponent has used, so it copies every part of the move, including the PP, unlike Transform. So Growl will have 40PP

Sketch ,unless used where a Pokemon gains no Exp Points, eg.WiFi Battle, will copy the normal amount of PP
