Is there an easy way to get Lucarionite ORAS?

So I've heard that in order to get the Lucarionite, you need to have Master Rank in all stats for completing contests. is there an easy work-around to this?

There are two viable workarounds.

1) Trade it from X or Y
2) Get it from a passerby trade
