I want to win contests to get the Lucarionite, but I want to EV train the Pokemon as well, and I don't have the super training bag where you delete all the EVs.
Do PokeBlocks affect EVs?
No they don't. Pokeblocks only affect Contest Stats, which are Cute, Cool, Beauty, Clever, and Tough.
