Ace Trainer Joe has a Gligar, Vileplume, and a Raticate. If he is battled again will he have the same Pokemon, or will he have different Pokemon.

Ace Trainer Joe will have the same Pokémon as the first time you battled him.

Source: I have encountered the same Fairy Tale Girl three times in one run, and she always had the same Pokémon.
