Daycare breed moves will be deleted?

If you try to lvl up a breed Pokemon in daycare will the breed moves be deleted?

Yes. Moves will be deleted...

... When it reaches the appropriate level for learning a move. You can relearn a Move at when when you give a Heart Scale to the Move Reminder.
