Espeon , Umbreon or Sylveon ?

Question

If I have one eevee that knows a fairy type move and has at least 2 affection in the Pokemon amie but also has happiness > 220 and I level it up in a battle what will it evolve into ??? A Sylveon or an Espeon/Umbreon (depends on what time is it.) ???

In this case it will evolve into an Sylveon, take away the fairy move and it will be Espeon or Umbreon
