Poison tail or poison jab?

Question

My Nidoking has poison point(adamant nature) and I don't know whether to put poison tail or jab on it.
Poison Tail-
Power=50
Accuracy=100
Other= High critical hit ratio, 10% chance to poison foe

Poison Jab-
Power=80
Accuracy=100
Other= 30% chance to poison foe

Poison jab
It does more damage and a higher chance to poison and is more reliable.
Poison Tail is sorta bad as 50 base power isnt much and its not reliable enough to crit often.(unless your very lucky)
