Can a gift Pokemon have higher power than 230?

I got the Pancham and Smeargle, but they only have the power of 225.

And for over, it's Doublade at 237. Either Serebii made a mistake with it or my game is glitched.

EDIT: All of them are: Klefki(233) , Zoroark (145), Doublade (237) and Pumpkaboo (235).
Europe got the same Pokemon and Japan got Pokemon that have power of 225.
