What Pokemon are not yet obtainable through Generation 6?

I mean - What Pokemon cant you get through legitimate play? (Including legendaries)

All of the Pokemon can be either caught, evolved, or bred.
The only Pokemon that have to be transferred or gotten through events have to be event Pokemon. It took so long to make this list. Comment if this is not what you are looking for.

Celebi, Jirachi, Darkrai, Arceus, Diancie can be obtained via event in gen 6

He said trade, event, or hacking counts as unobtainable. phione needs to come from manaphy though, which requires TEH.
