They're cloning hacked Pokémon and sending then into Gen 6 GTS, is there any risk of trading with them?

My goodness those people are everywhere. I've tried to trade with them, it just says communication error and closes the game.

Yes, there is actually. Apparently people get banned from trading because of trading with this person. I highly recommend that you don’t try to trade with them.
