Are the two Timburr at the beginning of PMD: GTI related?

They seem to be really close, is there any given info that says that they are related?

They could be like the Ursaring bros in Explorers of Sky (which was far superior to GTI imo). Not postive though.

Okay I'm no expert on Mystery Dungeon's games so this could be wrong but it says here:

That they're called "The Timburr Brothers". Didn't answer as I wasn't sure if it was metaphorical or not

They are known as the Timburr Brothers

This could be metaphorical, however they speak in a very similar way, so it is most likely they are related.
