Secret base problem?

So about a week ago I was messing around with the time to get the slowbronite. Now all of the secret base owners won't battle me; they just say 'come back tomorrow!' please help...

That's the problem there: you screwed with the time. Put the time and date back to being correct, wait a day or two, and it should go back to normal.

I set the time back to normal right after shoal cave.

ok, then your game should return to normal in about a day. i'm not sure if it matters, but make sure you exit the game and then come back later, just in case that prevents it from going back
