If you have more than one 3DS can you get more secret base on one game?

So, I connect to the internet on my 3DS and get some secret bases, get their flags and delete them as I normally do. Now if I put that same game into a different 3DS, and connect to the internet, will I be able to get more bases?

The progress is saved to the game, not the game system. So no, putting the game in another DS won't work.

Just so you know, I wouldn't advise messing with the internal clock to fast-forward time either, simply because it won't work. Furthermore, messing with the clock will reset your in-game events so you'd have to wait 24 hours for any of said events to be available again. (This includes BuzzNav updates)

The best you can do is delete all secret bases after visiting them and wait at least 8 hours to update again.
