Is there a reason NOT to use Seed Bomb in this situation?

It's time for Virizion to shine in my last VGC team of the season. In teambuilding, however, I came across an odd anomaly: 99.7% of Virizion use Leaf Blade, while Seed Bomb (accessable via Move tutor) isn't even relevant. Is there a reason other than Leaf Blade's crit chance to use it over the more powerful Seed Bomb?

Actually, Leaf Blade is stronger

Leaf Blade: Base power 90, higher crit chance
Seed Bomb: Base power 80

Leaf Blade had a base power of 70 in generation three, but it was increased to 90 later on.
