Is the Gamestop Dragonite available in Canada?

On Serebii, it says that the new HA Extremespeed Dragonite event is available at Gamestops across the US. However, it only said "North America". Up her in the North we have our monopolizing games store EB Games. Can someone confirm or un-confirm that Dragonite is only available in the US?

No it is not.
According to Bulbapedia, the event is only available in American regions. (I may be wrong about if Canada is an American reigon, if I am tell me.(I have no geography skills.))
