I looking for a ditto friend safari for IVs, but do not know what the best site(s) are to go ask around for someone who has one, who are, are as of recently, offering their friend code (everywhere I've looked already, has already been posted/closed for awhile). Also, the only times I have added friend safaris, up to this point, were from wifi-trades, and even then, most of the time nothing ever came from it in terms of being able to register the person's friend safari.
I guess what I'm primarly asking for is recommendations.
