Should I Use An Everstone or Evolve?

I trained my Axew a little bit and it's close to evolving. But I can't decide whether I want to use an everstone to make it learn moves early, or just go ahead and evolve it. The disadvantage of using the everstone is that Axew doesn't have as good stats. But when it learns dragon rage at a reasonable level it's really good.

I would just evolve it, some moves just aren't worth it.
It has higher stats when you evolve it, making it easier to train.

I think you should evolve Axew. I evolved mine and is so powerful. Haxorus is a beast. It has higher stats. But its your choice.
