Can you have a Dratini in a Park Ball?

Question

It won't have to be a HA one, although, could I have a legit Female Dratini in a Park Ball?

>All Pokémon captured with the Park Ball will appear as if caught in the PokéBall they were originally captured in in Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed or LeafGreen.

You can't have Pokemon in Park Balls because, once caught in Pal Park, they revert back to the Pokeball they were originally caught in.
