Could I Breed HA Deerling in All Forms in a Dream Ball?

Just want to confirm this since a friend of mine said that dream ball hidden ability deerlings aren't legal when passing down the pokeball.

No Deerling is available in Dream Balls.

None of them, including the HA ones. They were never released in Dream World or Radar, nor were they distributed via event in Dream Balls.

And since Dream Balls can only be passed down from a female in a Dream Ball (meaning same species as offspring) it is impossible to get a Dream Ball Deerling in any form, with or without HA.
