Rain Dance or Wide Lens?

Okay I'm playing on teaching my eelektross thunder cos im sure it hits fly and bonce and im wondering what would be better Rain Dance for a guarented hit (makes it a charge move kind of) or wide lens

Since Elektross's base speed is 50,You can use the Zoom Lens since it boost accuracy by 20% if you move after the opponent.

Good idea besides mine has a brave nature also where do you get zoom lens

I'd say wide lens because it would give you the accuracy and save a space for another move.
