Was Whimsicott Grass/Fairy in Generation 5?

Why do I say this, because it says that on Jigglypuffs data that Fairy was introduced in Gen 6 and it change from Normal to Fairy but for Whimsicott it says nothing about it being changed from a Grass type to a Grass/Fairy type. So I'm wondering if in Gen 5 Whimsicott was already a Grass/Fairy.

No, Whimsicott was not Grass/Fairy type in Gen 5.
The reason why it says the Jigglypuff change type and Whismicott didn't is because that part has not been updated yet on Whismicott's page has not been updated yet.
