You don't 'get' the Hidden Ability out of the Pokemon. It either has it, or it doesn't.
Hidden Abilities(HA) were released in Genereation V, and any Pokemon which was caught in the Pokemon Global Link(either by the PDW or PGL events) was assured to have it's Hidden Ability. Now, in Generation VI, they are accesible through the Friend Safari as well as Horde battles.
A Pokemon can have either (one of) its ordinary abilit(y/ies), or its HA. Also, and Ability Capsule cannot activate the Hidden Ability from the normal Ability and vice-versa.
