Does Everstone prevent Hidden Abilities from being inherited in Sword/Shield?

So I gave an everstone to my female charmander that has the nature I wanna pass down. That's working great but I also want it to have the HA solar power. The male Charmander has the Hidden Ability. I have hatched over 20 Hidden Ability charmander easily. It's at least a 1 out of 3 chance.

I know this from experience and from this forum which says in another post that Hidden Abilities have a 66 percent chance to pass on. But as soon as I want my ha charmander to mate with my everstone charmander it suddenly stops producing hidden ability charmander!!!

Please help. Am I just getting horribly unlucky or does passing on the nature automatically cancel out any chance for it to also inherit the Hidden Ability?

You can't pass down hidden abilities from males, unless you breed them with Ditto.

From Generation VI onward, if a female Pokémon, or any Pokémon bred with Ditto, has a Hidden Ability, there is a 60% chance that its offspring will have its Hidden Ability.
