In D/P/P, what trainer uses gunk shot?

In all of my time playing these games, I have never seen a trainer use gunk shot. I didn't even know it was a move until gen 5 because of this!

No Pokemon in the Sinnoh Pokedex can learn gunk shot by level up. This may explain why nobody uses gunk shot.

There is no trainer who uses gunk shot in Sinnoh, however it is a tutor move, taught by a NPC near the Battle Resort.
