How to get a Goomy in Omega Ruby?

Where do I find a Goomy/Sliggoo/Goodra in Omega Ruby?
Or do I have to trade for one?

Trade

The Goomy family are unavailable in ORAS without trading from XY.
In XY Goomy can be found in Route 14, while Sliggoo can be caught in Route 19 or the Friend Safari.
