When can I get Uxie in Alpha Sapphire?

It's in some sort of mirage spot, I think called Unnamed Cavern. If you go there at a certain time of day with three max friendship Pokemon, Uxie will appear. I've never played ORAS, so I'm not sure.

Yeah I already caught the other two lake Pokemon in Unnamed Cavern. I got lucky in my timing (and that I had enough Ultra Balls) but can't seem to nail the timing to find Uxie. Looks like I'll be spend a good half hour working on friendship.

You can get Uxie in Nameless Cavern (A Mirage Stop near Sootoplis City) from the times 20:00/ 8:00 PM and 21:00/9:00 PM.

You need to have 3 Pokemon with maximum Happiness. You need to soar using the Eon Flute with Lati@s to find the Nameless Cavern. Go there between 8:00pm - 8:59pm to encounter Uxie.
