How many Pokemon per gen?

Question

Can somebody tell me exactly how many Pokemon there are in each generation?

Gen 2: 100
Gen 3: 135
Gen 4: 107
Gen 5: 156
Gen 6: 72
Gen 7: Unconfirmed (so far 1)

You mean the bird pokemon? We don't even have its name and proper body, so I didn't count it :P

Gen 7 is pretty much confirmed though, we  haven't got the official word for it yet.

Gen 1 has 151 Pokémon.
Gen 2 has 100 Pokémon.
Gen 3 has 135 Pokémon.
Gen 4 has 107 Pokémon.
Gen 5 has 156 Pokémon.
Gen 6 has 72 Pokémon.
Gen 7 has 85 Pokémon.

In total across all 7 Generations, 49 of these Pokémon (Including Type: Null, Silvally, Cosmog, Solgaleo, and Lunala) are official Legendaries.
