Im trying a new physical set for Y but had a hard time deciding how many speed evs I should give him. I feel like its a waste to had very high speed if he already has sucker punch and his speed stat isnt the best so many scarfed mons can easily out speed him. So should he get a higher speed or having more defensive evs instead is better?
I'd go with def. if your uber is easily outsped you die forever. Slap on some bulk though and you can soak enough hits to do some damage. Plus yveltal has good recovery with oblivion wing and leftovers or the same and absorb bulb or sky plate.
