The Mushrooms are purely for selling to PokeMarts, similar to Nuggets or Stardust.

You can sell Big Mushrooms for 2500 each and small mushrooms for 250.

The only thing that you can do with the Tiny Mushroom and Big Mushroom in ORAS is sell them. The only collectors were in FR/LG and B/W/B2/W2.
