"There is no known easy method to determine which tiles contain Feebas: the only way is to fish repeatedly in each and every water tile on the route, doing so enough times to be reasonably confident that no Feebas are in that tile (or else risk missing a tile)."

You've just got to fish enough on every tile and hope you get lucky. It has a 50% encounter rate, so I'd fish three times in every tile, to be safe. It is time consuming, but if you want Feebas bad enough, you'll do it. As a final tip, every time the trendy phrase in Dewford is changed, the locations of the 6 Feebas tiles change too.

Hope I helped!

I don't even understand how to catch it and where to
Now I found out you have to fish while surfing too so the water is very large
Which which place should I fish and what is a TILE of water?
Help please
A tile is... huh, idk how to describe it. It's where you can walk. You can access hundreds of tiles with surfing. On ROUTE 119, where its raining and the huge river going through the whole route, outside Fortree City. Only 6 out of those hundreds can hold a feebas. There literally isn't a way to figure out what tiles they are. You have to fish about 3 times in each tile and if there's no feebas, you move over one step/tile and try again. This can take hours. There's no way to make this easy. You just need luck. Sorry.
btw i just found 5 while fishing and surfing at the same time, thank God
