Moves that raise your stats or lowers your targets stat by 2 stages?

Question

I wanna know all the moves that raise your Attack or Special Attack by 2 stages or moves that lower your opponents Special Defense or Defense by 2 stages. That is all. If you can, please list all.

User's Attack

• Belly Drum (costs 50% of max HP, raises to +6)
• Fell Stinger (+3 when it scores a KO)
• Shell Smash (+2 Attack, Sp Attack, and Speed, -1 Defense and Sp Defense)
• Swords Dance (obilgatory +2 Attack is obligatory)

User's Sp Attack

• Geomancy (Xerneas only, 2 turn attack, +2 Sp Attack, Sp Defense, and Speed)
• Nasty Plot (+2 Sp Attack)
• Shell Smash (+2 Attack, Sp Attack, and Speed, -1 Defense and Sp Defense)
• Tail Glow (Volbeat and Manaphy only, +3 Sp Attack)

Target's Defense

• Screech (target -2 Defense)

Target's Sp Defense

• Acid Spray (target -2 Sp Defense)
• Fake Tears (target -2 Sp Defense)
• Metal Sound (target -2 Sp Defense)

Acupressure also works. It raises a random stay by 2. It's very luck based though
