Will my berries be completely gone?

Question

If I let a Pokemon hold a berry and use that poke in the Battle Spot and it uses the berry, will that berry be completely gone or will it respawn on the Pokemon holder after a battle?

Your Pokemon will keep the berry. They only disappear if you use them in the actual game, not online or when battling a friend.

Also they don't disappear in battles that don't award experience, such as Frontier battles (I know, I'm always five years behind in games).
