Will breakneck blitz based on hyper voice work on Pokemon with soundproof?

i was thinking will breakneck blitz based on hyper voice work on Pokemon with soundproof?
if it get just power from this move yes but it may gain something else?

SInce it's breakneck blitz and not z-hyper voice, it will work. Breakneck blitz is its own move, specially for z moves and different than every move that gives the option to use it (especially since multiple moves have breakneck blitz as their z form).
