Where do you get the timer balls in oras?

In ORAS, you can buy Timer Balls at the Rustboro City Pokemart. You can also get them as a gift when you defeat Pokemon Ranger Catherine or Pokemon Ranger Jackson in a rematch on Route 119.

Lol I was going to use them to catch post game legendary but so far I've got them all in quick balls
