While each one does have its perks, I would recommend Pom-Pom style due to 2 weaknesses, and the fact that its 2 weaknesses (rock and ice) can easily be destroyed with Steel Wing. The other forms don't have not much type coverage (Baile) or have 5 weaknesses (Sensu and Pa'u)
