Can't Find Hone Claws or Hyper Voice? SUN AND MOON?

Can't find the TM Hone Claws for my Metagross nor Hyper Voice for my Sylveon. Its possible to learn these move sets in the new Sun and Moon?

Until Pokebank becomes compatible with Sun and Moon, Metagross can't learn hone claws and Sylveon can't learn hyper voice. The only way Metagross can learn hone claws is by a TM that doesn't exist in SM, and the only way Sylveon can learn hyper voice is by a tutor who doesn't exist in SM.

Metagross is usually used with four attacks, so I'd suggest zen headbutt, bullet punch, earthquake, and ice punch. Teach moonblast to Sylveon.
