In all the Pokemon games (I think), there is an "Obedience Cap" of sorts, which gets increased as you beat Gym Leaders/Island Kahunas. But before beating any significant figures, there is still a Cap; I think in Ruby/Sapphire, it was lvl 20. However, I can find no information ANYWHERE about what the original Cap is in Sun/Moon.

Any ideas? ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I know after beating Hala it increases to Level 35, but I don't know what the cap is before.
That's all I can find on the Web, too. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Do the other Kahunas also increase your "level cap"?  I don't remember seeing/reading any of the other Kahuna's mentioning it like I do Hala.
