A Dragon Dance set for Necrozma if you want to use Dragon Dance in Gen 9 NU. Dragon Dance boosts Necrozma's Attack and Speed stat to make it a scary sweeper. Should you get off 2 Dragon Dances, Necrozma can outspeed most of the faster Pokemon. Photon Geyser is used for the Psychic STAB since this is a physical set, making it stronger than the other physical Psychic STABs Necrozma has. Photon Geyser also ignores abilities, allowing you to bypass Quagsire's Unaware. Earthquake allows Necrozma to send Steel-types such as Registeel, Copperajah, Klefki, and Magnezone, as well as Pokemon such as Alolan Muk, Armarouge, Incineroar, Overqwil, and Galarian Slowbro down to the Earth's core. Knock Off allows Necrozma to remove items from opposing Pokemon and also lets Necrozma hit opposing Psychic-types such as opposing Necrozma, Slowbro (the Kanto one), Reuniclus, and Mew. Alternatively, you can use X-Scissor so you can also hit Dark-types such as Krookodile, Umbreon, and Brute Bonnet super effectively. Plus, Psychic/Ground/Bug coverage is weirdly good offensively. Lum Berry allows Necrozma to heal itself from a status condition that would hinder its ability to sweep. Weakness Policy can be used to get a +2 Attack boost when its hit by a super effective move. Tera Ground is used to make Earthquake a STAB move and block Thunder Wave from a Pokemon such as Klefki.
