How do you get the Floette with the eternal flower?

You can use her on Pokemon showdown and I saw someone's during a trade (he didn't trade her to me), so how do you get her?

xD 4 Years later, Gamefreak still hasnt released AZ's Floette. I'm pretty sure its NEVER going to come out.

Simply put: It's impossible without hacking.

There's speculation that it was to be released at a later event for X and Y that Game Freak never got around to doing, but it's impossible to say for certain. What is certain, though, is that it's unobtainable in-game.

With Pokémon Legends Z-A you can now get one after the story is done.
