How do you get non-alolan Pokemon in Pokemon SUN and MOON?

There are 3 options if you want non-Alolan Pokemon in Sun and moon:
1. Use Pokebank to transfer the Pokemon you want
2. Trade with someone locally or online
3. Breed Non-Alolan Pokemon (If needed with Ditto) with the Non-Alolan holding an everstone
