Unfortunately, there hasn't been a battle frontier since Pokemon Platinum. Once you beat oras, you can go to the resort island, where you can do the battle maison, like in xy. It's basically a worse version of the frontier, because the different formats are just single battles, double battles, etc. and the 4 format leaders are really forgttable.
