Yes.

OHKO moves are unaffected by accuracy modifiers, unless the modifier causes the move to never miss. This means, for example, that an X Accuracy won't improve Fissure's chance of hitting, but Lock-On and No Guard will. Note "100% accuracy" and "never miss" are two distinct properties.
