Is there anything immune to multi strike attacks?

I'm assuming you're referring to attacks that hit multiple times in a turn?  Like Double Slap or Rock Blast?

If that's the case, only type immunities would apply.

The Bulbapedia article says nothing about a Pokemon, ability, item, or status effect that causes immunity to all multi-strike moves, so I'm almost certain the answer is no. However, immunities like types and bulletproof still apply when applicable.
